10+ years of experience in Python development, preferably within Capital Markets, Equities Trading, or Financial Services environments.

Strong hands-on experience in Python development with the ability to build scalable data processing and reporting solutions.

Experience working with Equities Trading data, market data, transaction data, and trade reporting systems.

Strong proficiency in Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, PySpark, and SQL Alchemy for data analysis and processing.

Expertise in SQL and working with relational databases for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.

Strong understanding of Equities Trading, trade lifecycle, market data, order management, execution, allocation, and settlement processes.

Experience developing automated reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions for business stakeholders.

Experience in data validation, reconciliation, and ensuring data quality across trading and reporting platforms.

Hands-on experience with ETL processes, data automation, and workflow optimization.

Experience working with large datasets in enterprise data platforms.

Proven experience working in an Agile development environment.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
